Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aviation Infinity ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Aviation Infinity provides online pilot theory study materials, practice exam questions, an AI tutor, and a flight school marketplace. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute official aviation authority guidance.

Passing our practice exams does not guarantee passing an official aviation authority examination. Always verify current regulations with the relevant authority.

3. Accounts

• You must be 16 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Free tier is available without payment.
• Pro (€29/month) and Ultimate (€79/month) subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time in Settings before the next billing date.
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank or study materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls.
• Use the AI tutor to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
• Post illegal, abusive, or misleading content in the community forum.
• Misrepresent your enrollment status to flight schools.

6. School marketplace

The school marketplace connects students with flight schools. Aviation Infinity is not a party to any enrollment agreement between a student and a school. We are not responsible for the quality of instruction, safety, or regulatory compliance of any listed school.

Schools listed pay a referral fee only upon confirmed student enrollment. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Aviation Infinity — including questions, explanations, diagrams, and software — is owned by Aviation Infinity or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for personal study only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately; your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
