Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial — the free tier is the permanent free tier. You can use it indefinitely without a credit card. It has real value: 50 questions per day per subject, introductory ground school content, and AI tutor access.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is added at checkout based on your country of residence, in accordance with EU VAT regulations. Students in some regions may see adjusted pricing (PPP).
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a student discount?
We offer Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) pricing to students in qualifying countries, automatically applied at checkout. If you believe you qualify but are not seeing adjusted pricing, contact support.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.
